The entire team at Motel Les Tilleuls is happy to welcome you to Peyrat-le-Château, in the heart of the Millevaches Regional Natural Park in Limousin and only 7 kilometers from Lake Vassivière .
Our 2-star hotel has 10 ground-floor rooms, all with independent access and a private wooden terrace.
This booklet contains useful information to facilitate your arrival, your stay, and your departure. Our team remains at your disposal for any questions or special requests.

Your arrival and departure
Reception hours
The reception desk usually welcomes you:
in the morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m .;
in the afternoon from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Outside of these hours, you can reach us at 07 49 61 66 85 .
Arrival
Rooms are available between 4pm and 7pm .
Arrivals after 7 pm are possible only upon request and with prior agreement from the property. Please contact us before your stay so we can arrange your arrival.
Departure
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure.
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast
Breakfast is served buffet-style every morning from 8am to 10am .
It must be booked no later than the day before.
Prices
Adult: €11
Children under 12 years old: €6.50
The buffet includes, among other things:
hot drinks;
cold drinks;
pastries;
bread;
butter and jams;
cold cuts and cheese;
yogurts and compotes;
fruit.
Departure before 8 a.m.
For an early departure, a breakfast tray can be prepared upon request.
It must be booked the day before and collected from reception in the evening. It may include:
pastries;
bread;
butter and jams;
coffee or tea pods;
a fruit.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the room price.
It amounts to:
€1.10 per person aged 18 or over per night.
It is collected on behalf of the Syndicat mixte du Lac de Vassivière and appears separately on the invoice.
People who benefit from an exemption provided for by the regulations are not liable for this tax.
Restaurant and bar
The Auberge du Bois de l'Étang
The Auberge du Bois de l'Étang is located directly opposite the Motel Les Tilleuls.
Our restaurant-brasserie offers dishes prepared on site, to order and from raw products.
The room can accommodate up to 60 people and the terrace up to 25 people .
Restaurant opening hours
Lunch: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM
Dinner: Monday to Saturday, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Closed: Saturday midday and all day Sunday

The bar is open fromJune 15 to September 15, from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Your room
Your room has been carefully prepared. If anything is missing or you encounter any difficulties, please let us know so we can assist you.
All rooms include:
a private bathroom with shower;
separate toilets;
of a television;
free Wi-Fi connection;
from an office;
a welcome tray with kettle;
of a hair dryer;
blackout curtains;
from a private wooden terrace with table and chairs.
Extra pillows and a blanket are available in the wardrobe.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and restaurant.
Connection information will be provided upon your arrival and is also available at reception.
For security reasons, the password is not published on the website.
Housekeeping and laundry
Housekeeping is done daily during your stay.
Bed linen is changed every four nights .
Towels are replaced upon request. To request a replacement, please contact reception.
When changing them is not necessary, keeping the towels helps to limit water and energy consumption.
Services available upon request
Our team can offer you, among other things:

a wake-up service;
an ironing board and an iron;
a bottle warmer;
electrical adapters;
additional towels;
a safe is available at reception;
postage or mail drop-off.

Laundry and dry cleaning
An outsourced laundry or dry cleaning service can be arranged upon request.
Processing times and fees vary depending on the period and the service requested. These will be communicated to you before you drop off your belongings.
Please check with reception early enough so that we can verify the availability of the service provider.
Welcoming families and babies
We can provide the following free of charge, upon request and subject to availability:
a baby bed;
a high chair;
a bottle warmer;
a changing mat.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of two people, plus a baby in a crib.
To heat up a young child's meal, please contact our team.
Pets
Pets are accepted upon prior request and after agreement from the establishment, with a limit of two pets per room .
A supplement of €8 per animal per night is applied.
The presence of animals must be indicated when booking.
Animals should not be left alone in the room.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
Parking and parking
Free private parking
A free, barrier-free, private outdoor parking lot with video surveillance is available on site.
The spaces are not assigned and cannot be reserved.
Cars and motorcycles can be parked near the rooms.
Parking for a utility vehicle is possible. For a minibus, van, or vehicle with a trailer, please contact reception to check availability.
Electric vehicles
The establishment currently does not have a charging station or outlet for electric vehicles.
Motorcycles
Motorcycles can be parked in front of the rooms or in the private parking lot.
Some repair tools, an inflator, a booster, a battery charger and a water point are available on request.
Bicycles
Bicycles can be parked in front of the rooms.
They are not allowed inside the rooms under any circumstances.
Rules of stay
Strictly non-smoking rooms
All rooms and all interior spaces are strictly non-smoking.
It is also forbidden to use an electronic cigarette in the rooms.
In the event of tobacco or electronic cigarette use in a room, a fee corresponding to the rate of an additional night will be charged to cover its immobilization, thorough cleaning and restoration.
Calm and respectful of other customers
To ensure everyone's peace and quiet, please keep noise to a minimum between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Televisions, conversations and sound devices should be used at a reasonable volume, especially on terraces and in front of bedrooms.
External visitors
Any person not affiliated with the establishment must be reported to reception.
Rooms cannot accommodate more people than the number declared at the time of booking. No unregistered visitors may stay overnight in a room.
Kitchen in the rooms
Cooking in the rooms or using personal cooking appliances is prohibited.
The kettle and welcome tray provided can be used normally.
Private parties and events
Parties, noisy gatherings and private parties are not allowed in the rooms, on the terraces or in the parking lot.
